First Look - Should I follow the trend?

I LOVE a First Look. I gives the couple the opportunity to drink in a very special, private moment together and removes some of the pre-ceremony stress. It allows you to get formal photos complete beforehand so that you and your wedding party can participate in the cocktail hour celebrations.

Sometimes deciding whether or not to do a First Look will depend on where you get married. Weddings I have coordinated at Five Bridge Inn have typically choose to do a First Look because the property offers so many picturesque areas, it would be impossible to capture them all without it.

What's My favorite part of wedding coordination?

My favorite part of coordinating a wedding is revealing the fully-decorated reception space to the couple before the guests have arrived so they can see their completed vision come to life. ​

Planning a celebration, a soiree if you will, is something I am very passionate about.  Why?  Because I love all  the details.  Those unique, one of a kind elements that when tied together bring the vision to life!  Personal touches and adornments that are specific to you add to the guest's experience.  I love seeing the reactions on people's faces and the joy that they noticed some detail that has great meaning to them and to you.​​

Meghan Costic

When you work with Sonya you must bring your "A" game.  That is what she expects and wants to deliver to every client.  We meet beforehand and go over all the details and develop our game plan to execute and go over any contingencies ​that may arise.

I run Meghan Costic Photography and have been able to assist setting up an event and then shooting it!  Sonya happens to be my father's wife and it is great being able to work together and still be family and friends at the end of the day!
